Insulated Ceilings

All of our ceilings are insulated to protect the valuables stored inside the units from damage that arises from condensation.

Individual Units

Each customer gets their own storage unit with a latch for a customer supplied padlock.  Customers also receive a key which is for the locked gate that restricts entry to the General Storage compound.

Our buildings are made of 100% metal and are custom designed and manufactured by Trachte Building Systems. Our engineered concrete floors are raised 1.5 inches above the bottom of the rollup doors to remove  

any water seepage risk due to inclement weather.
