All of our ceilings are insulated to protect the valuables stored inside the units from damage that arises from condensation.

​​ Metal Construction

Each customer has their own storage unit with a keyed lock.  Customers also receive a second key which is for the locked gate that restricts entry to the General Storage compound.  

Our buildings are made of 100% metal and are custom designed and manufactured by Trachte Building Systems. Our engineered concrete floors are raised 1.5 inches above the bottom of the rollup doors to remove  

any water seepage risk due to inclement weather.
